Cornelius – decades of experience

Cornelius is shaped by more than two decades of experience in interiors and the European furniture industry. Our approach to furniture was established long before the creation of our own collection. Pieces were developed specifically for projects as an extension of the architecture, proportions and character of a space. Not as a separate decorative layer, but as part of a unified concept.

Cornelius today

Today, Cornelius creates furniture and collections for brands, develops bespoke furniture solutions for hotels and residential projects, and takes them from the initial idea through to the finished product. This same experience is embodied in the Cornelius Collection which represents an independent furniture line available for private interiors, professional specification and international partners.

Every project can begin differently with an existing Cornelius piece, a bespoke development, or the idea for an entirely new collection. But the process always follows the same path: from concept and proportion to materials, development and production.

All Cornelius designs are developed in the Netherlands and realised in collaboration with a carefully selected network of specialised manufacturers. Cornelius – furniture as an independent product and as part of a larger idea.
